Payment Policy
$300 refundable security deposit
$40 non-refundable reservation fee + 11% tax ($44.40)
Due within 5 days of making a reservation
Reservation will be cancelled if payment is not received within 5 days

Rental fee
$75 cleaning fee
11% tax
Due 90 days prior to arrival
Reservation will be cancelled if payment is not received 90 days prior to arrival

Smuggler's Cove Reservations – Complete payment (Visa or MasterCard) when reservation is accepted.

Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure. the deposit will be adjusted for damages, extra cleaning and laundry, or any unpaid rents.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the unit for the same time period.

An administrative charge of $100 plus reservation fee will be applied against all confirmed reservations which are cancelled.

NOTE: Ft. Myers Beach Condo at Smugglers Cove reserves the right to substitute condominiums of similar quality. Guests are liable for total charges for dates reserved. Unit occupant is responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
